A reality star from Barnoldswick is to star in a Netflix competition where the winner takes home a massive cash prize.
Polly Brindle, an estate agent in Netflix series Selling the OC, will be “roughing it” in Netflix’s Battle Camp, which will come to our screens on April 21.
The competition series brings together 18 notable personalities from various Netflix reality shows, including Love Is Blind, The Circle, Too Hot to Handle, Cheer, Selling The OC, The Mole, and Squid Game: The Challenge.
These contestants will compete in a series of intense physical and mental challenges, all vying for the grand prize of $250,000.

The competition features a giant spinning wheel of misfortune that determines which contestants remain in the camp and who must leave.
To avoid elimination, participants must excel in challenges, endure various punishments, and navigate complex social dynamics within the camp.
The series is hosted by Taylor Lewan, a former NFL player, who will oversee the challenges and interactions among the contestants
Polly said: “From slinging multi-million dollar homes in OC to roughing it at Battle Camp, I’m back on your screens slogging it out with this bunch of gems for the ultimate prize.
"Don’t worry though…I keep it chic.
“Tune in April 23 on Netflix to see who is crowned Queen (or King) of camp.”

Polly Brindle, originally from Barnoldswick but now based in the Orange County area of California, specialises in selling luxurious properties for The Oppenheim Group, the dominant estate agency in the Hollywood Hills.
Her adventures are shown in Selling the OC, a Selling Sunset spin-off, where a fresh set of estate agents (realtors in the US) square off, competing to establish themselves in the luxury home market on the Orange County coast of America.
She said: “During the pandemic, I lost all three of my jobs overnight.
“Real estate had been on my radar for a while, but I hadn’t had the time to be able to study and obtain my licence, so I used lockdown to knuckle down and re-train in a more stable career.
“I decided to relocate down to Orange County where the properties are definitely in the ‘luxury’ bracket and the area is much cleaner and safer than Los Angeles.
“I had just started my training course, and I saw that The Oppenheim Group was opening a second office five minutes away from my apartment, so I cold emailed the owner, Jason Oppenheim, and he was luckily in town the next day and agreed to meet me.
“I didn’t know they were planning to do another show until a few weeks later, when Jason commented that I needed to change my Instagram from private to public as he was telling production about me.
“After a couple of meetings with them, I found out I had been cast!”
