Nuevo Laredo human rights group protests against military

NUEVO LAREDO, Tex. (KGNS) - The Nuevo Laredo Human Rights Committee organized a protest to demand the removal of a high-ranking military supervisor.
The protest took place in front of a military post on Monday, March 31. The committee has accused the Mexican Army and the National Guard of killing 36 civilians over the last three years.
Those present held signs demanding justice, seeking the attention of Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum on the issue.
