There will be no peace unless some beliefs change in the Mideast

The call for Jewish genocide and the destruction of the state of Israel began the instant Israel was declared a nation by the UN 75 years ago. The indiscriminate attacks against the people of Israel have been continuous and brutal.

Tens of thousands of missiles have been fired at Israeli citizens and residents. Suicide bombers and ground attacks have become a part of everyday reality.

Israel’s response has historically been measured and on military targets, yet they are the ones constantly being charged with genocide.

The Palestinian charter calls for the destruction of Israel. Since Yasser Arafat, they have rejected very favorable offers of a two-state solution as does Iran, its proxies and other bad actors.

Israel does not exist on Palestinian school maps. Israeli Jews are viewed as eastern European interlopers with no historic tribal ties to the Middle East. Until these beliefs change, there can be no peace.

Peace in the Mideast

Jew hatred is 3,300 years old. Tiny Israel’s population of 10 million has been condemned by the UN more than every other country in the world combined. Iran has for 40 years been dedicated to the annihilation of Israel and its Jews.

Israel is under siege by Hezbollah in Lebanon, Syria, Hamas in Gaza and the Houthis in Yemen. All financed and directed by Iran. Our U.S. is led by a feckless President Biden with very ambivalent support of Israel. Europe has been even more anti-Israel. The American mainstream media and universities have been openly hostile to Israel.

Sadly, Sunni Arab nations like Saudi Arabia are slow to evolve from Jew hatred and embrace alliance with Israel to unite against common enemy Shia Iran.

War, disunity and Jew hatred continue and Israel stands often alone. Israel cannot be passive after hundreds of Iranian missiles are fired on its soil and turn the other cheek.

No other nation but Israel would  be asked to do so. A grand alliance based on Israel not defending itself is impossible.
